Take the A515 from Ashbourne, Derbyshire heading towards Cubley, continuing past Cubley on the A515. Take the second left hand turn signed posted New Road, Boylestone after Hallmark Tractors on your right. Follow New Road to the centre of Boylestone Village taking the first left signposted The Square passing St John’s Church on your right. Then take the first right turn onto Boylestone Road. After 0.5 mile the land can be found on the left-hand side identified by the Filer Williamson ‘For Sale’ board.

There are no services connected to the land. It is understood that there is a Deed of Grant allowing the owner of the land the Rights to connect to a water supply.
