From Derby take the A52 towards Ashbourne following the A52 for 1.8 miles then take the left hand turn signposted Brun Lane, continue to follow Brun Lane for 0.9 miles, at the junction take the right hand on to the B5020, continue on the B5020 for 0.3 miles, then take the left hand turn onto Long Lane, continuing on Long Lane for 2.9 miles, going through Long Lane Village at the top of the hill at the crossroads take the right-hand turn onto Culland Lane, the land can be located on the right hand side after 0.3 miles identifiable by the Filer Williamson `For Sale` board(s).
